This has been a great week and I want to say “Great Job everyone”.  From people blogging for the first time, to video blogs, to posts going viral, we had it all and it is only the first week!  The topics have been amazing, with posts covering mind, body, spirit, health and wellness and all aspects of business and, of course, a  bit of fun thrown in.  🙂

    Last post on Goals! Now – a challenge for you! Take that information and make a goal to follow my posts next week -good, easy movements you can do at your desk to relieve stress and improve posture! I promise wont be longer that 4 minutes for you to feel awesome!! It would look something like this:

    “I am going to check Rebecca’s fb blog every day for 7 days and do the movements so I can be pain free, move more freely and feel better every day.”
